MGR II SUPPLY CHAINPosting Start Date: 10/6/26At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Job Description:Job OverviewDevelops and monitors the organization's supply chain strategy and collaborates with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.Job RequirementsTracking and controlling supply chain KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring necessary proactive measures are taken to close gaps to meet the budget.Maintaining stable and sustainable collaboration with external vendors to ensure sufficient replenishment of raw materials and facilities while remaining within budget requirements.Overseeing the performance of managers and teams. Identifying and addressing staff training and development needs.Identifying capacity constraints, driving capacity to avoid supply and demand gaps, and ensuring implementation of production plans or processes to meet customer requests.What your background should look likeRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Materials Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, or related functions, including demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.Strong end-to-end Supply Chain and Production Planning expertise, including:Demand and Forecast PlanningMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP)Master Production Scheduling (MPS)Production / Build PlanningMaterial Availability and Shortage ManagementInventory ManagementCapacity PlanningLead Time and Supply CoverageS&OP; / S&OE; and IBP processesSupply risk management and recovery planningStrong working knowledge of SAP and planning/material-management processes,



with the ability to challenge planning assumptions, interpret MRP/MPS signals, and assess implications to materials, capacity, inventory, and customer commitments.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across Planning, Procurement, Operations, Customer Delivery, Strategic Procurement, and general Supply Chain organizations without relying solely on direct reporting relationships.Strong analytical and business judgment, with the ability to translate complex supply-chain data into priorities, decisions, escalation paths, and executive-level recommendations.Experience establishing governance, KPIs, operating rhythms, action tracking, and escalation processes for complex customer or supply-chain programs.Ability to manage multiple priorities, high-impact customer requirements, and critical escalations in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end supply planning and execution governance for assigned key customers, ensuring alignment among customer demand, forecast, capacity, materials, MPS, build plans, inventory, and delivery commitments.Establish the operating cadence and governance required to provide forward-looking visibility of supply readiness, constraints, and customer risk across the planning horizon.Drive alignment of forecast, capacity, material availability, MPS, and build plans; challenge gaps or inconsistent assumptions and ensure accountable functions develop executable recovery or mitigation plans.Provide early identification and escalation of systemic supply,
