You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.What you will be doingAs a key part of the Application Solutions - MUNI team, you'll create impact by Driving strategic choices for the Wastewater Collections application through 2027 and beyond, directly influencing market share, profitability, and sustainable water infrastructure globally.Your main responsibilities include:Develop and coordinate multi-year application strategies (2, 5, and 10-year horizons) aligned with business unit and product strategies for Wastewater CollectionsAbility to initiate and drive new customer-centric development projects from concept to market launch, ensuring deliveries throughout the complete project.Analyze profit pools, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer segments to generate actionable application and customer insightsDefine and manage the Wastewater Collections product portfolio, including lifecycle management, cost optimization, pricing, and margin monitoringIdentify new growth opportunities across markets, customer segments,



and business models — piloting innovative ideas from concept to market launchParticipate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) and deliver sprint commitments that meet defined requirementsCoordinate with cross-divisional stakeholders, enable the sales force with tools and insights, and ensure sustainability targets influence key decisionsWhat makes you a great fitBachelor’s or Master's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience with minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in application management, business development, or product managementProven industry experience in a large manufacturing or infrastructure environment, with expertise in general or regional business development and technical solutionsExperience presentingto executive level management.Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence at executive level and across organizational boundariesFluent in English (verbal and written) with strong analytical skills including P&L; ownership, KPI monitoring, and financial planningIt is a plus if you also:Proven expertise and high-level knowledge of wastewater submersible products and wastewater collection applicationsExperience driving and specifying digital solutions within an application or product management contextFamiliarity with agile ways of working and cross-functional team collaboration in a matrix organizationWhy you will love working hereA working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.Annual bonuses,

Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.May consider candidates who reside in Mexico or Europe and meet all qualifications listed above.
