About the jobThe Refrigeration Value Stream Leader is responsible for supporting the Production Manager in leading and coordinating all manufacturing activities within the refrigeration area. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while meeting production, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. The position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and achieving operational excellence within the refrigeration value stream. Your tasksLead daily operations within the refrigeration production area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.Support the Production Manager in executing production plans and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization.Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing standards, and safety regulations.Coordinate cross-functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Human Resources.Develop and coach supervisors and production employees to build a high-performance culture.Analyze production data and identify opportunities for operational improvements.Support problem-solving activities and root cause analysis for quality and production issues.Promote employee engagement,
