If you are an ambitious, growth-oriented individual with an excellent executive presence and the ability to lead the visual and digital identity of a high-end brand, this opportunity is for you!Reporting directly to the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for building, structuring, and elevating the company's digital presence, understanding that success is a continuous, day-to-day building process.Key Responsibilities & EvaluationYour performance will be evaluated based on three fundamental pillars:Strategy & Monthly Reporting: Presenting metric reports on monthly digital performance (design, ad performance analysis, post effectiveness) along with the planning and goals for the following month.Community Growth: Executing effective strategies to increase organic followers and engagement on Instagram and Facebook.Visual Quality:



Producing professional photography and high-impact design tailored to our target market.Desired Profile (Requirements)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related fields (preferably from universities with a strong focus on business and public relations).Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ambitious, proactive, and resilient profile who understands the value of "building from the ground up" and seeks to grow alongside the company.Executive Presence: Excellent presentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to seamlessly interact within a medium-high / premium socioeconomic professional environment.Language: Professional working proficiency in English.Technical Skills:Mastery of design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.).Professional photography (camera handling, lighting, and editing).Digital ad management (Meta Ads) and social media analytics.✨ What We OfferCompetitive net salary of $25,000 to $30,000 MXN per month.Versátil work model (Hybrid).Real opportunity for professional growth and project leadership.Excellent work environment with direct proximity to decision-making.
