As a Test Engineer Automation, you will play a key role in building and validating payment functionality that enables individuals and businesses across the US to move money safely and seamlessly between bank accounts. Your work will directly influence the reliability, performance and scalability of technology that matters to merchants and their customers.What you’ll own- Lead QA automation strategy and delivery to increase test coverage, accelerate testing and give the team greater confidence in every release.- Build scalable automated testing frameworks using C# and Selenium, creating a strong foundation for efficient, reliable and maintainable testing.- Strengthen functional and regression testing by designing automation that identifies issues early and protects critical payment functionality as the product evolves.- Expand API and integration test coverage using Postman and other tools, validating that services and components work together reliably and deliver the expected client experience.- Drive performance quality through testing with JMeter and Postman Runner, identifying opportunities to improve responsiveness, scalability and overall system performance.- Embed quality into delivery pipelines by integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), enabling faster and more confident software releases.- Improve testing efficiency by streamlining automation processes, identifying opportunities to remove bottlenecks and establishing practices that help the team deliver quality at speed.- Lead and grow the QA team by setting direction,



sharing expertise and creating an environment where people can strengthen their technical capabilities and deliver their best work.What you bring- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Engineer Automation, with a strong track record of delivering automated testing solutions in software development environments.- Strong C# development skills and practical experience building robust automated testing frameworks from the ground up.- Deep automation expertise with Selenium and experience across functional, regression, application programming interface (API), performance and integration testing.- Proven QA leadership experience, with the ability to set direction, influence quality practices and bring a team together around clear outcomes.- Strong Agile delivery experience, including a solid understanding of Scrum methodology and experience working effectively within Agile teams.- Clear communication and structured problem-solving skills, with the analytical mindset to investigate complex issues and turn insights into practical solutions. Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Java or JavaScript is a plus.It’s a bonus if you have- Experience within the payments, credit card processing or financial services industry.- A curious, growth-focused approach and willingness to expand your toolkit.About the teamYou will join a collaborative, fast-moving fintech environment and work closely with a leading Global Payments client.
