Dematic is seeking a Controls Engineer in its Technical Support group, Customer Service. You will support complex systems that integrate hardware and software, troubleshoot schematics and PLC logic, and work with customers remotely to isolate issues.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 3–5 years of customer service support, experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLCs (Siemens and Modicon a plus), and strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
