Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code—helping train AI systems to think like real developers. This is a fully remote, versátil hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week.
You will write, debug, and optimize code across languages, review AI outputs for correctness, and design prompts to stress-test capabilities. You’ll work independently and asynchronously, with the freedom to set your own schedule.
