In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Supervise the shifts in the machining area.
Lead the machining, welding and hydrostatic testing area personnel.
Train personnel in CNC machine operation and programming and in the safe use of cutting tools, develop a system to identify the accurate cutting tool for each machining operation
Manage and control the use of cutting tools for machining and fine finishing on different metals
Maintain a system of maximum and minimum raw material stock that is sufficient to supply a production of maximums and minimums in series of machined parts capable of supporting the requirements and needs of our customers without exceeding the established goals.
Chart usage times, effective utilization and waste of CNC machines and develop waste reduction plans.
Reduce machining costs, optimize cost per machining hour (hrs-machine), (hrs-man)

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
Bilingual 80%
5 years of related experience (machining process management, CNC programming,
3D drawings using Gibbscam software) with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Experience in personnel supervision and machining usage (labor hours) (machine-hours).
Experience in fine machining of various metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel aluminum, bronze, brass, nickel alloys, etc.
Experience in developing resource management systems such as personnel, effective use of machines, maintaining raw material inventory, and tooling, at a break-even point.
Experience in welding carbon steel and stainless steel metal parts with MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding machines.
Availability and documentation to travel to USA
