Maintain and update the Inventory Control System (Annex 24), ensuring the integrity, traceability, and reliability of foreign trade information.
Perform periodic reconciliations between Annex 24, ERP records, customs entries (pedimentos), and physical inventories, identifying discrepancies and coordinating the necessary corrective actions.
Analyze inventory balances, goods pending return, and temporary importation holding periods to ensure compliance with IMMEX Program obligations.
Manage customs entry (pedimento) amendments resulting from inconsistencies identified during reconciliations, internal validations, or audit requirements.
Maintain BOM accuracy and reconciliation ERP/Annex 24 system
Maintain and update fix asset inventory control and perform periodic reconciliations between documents and physical inventories
Validates and authorizes procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP's)
Maintains CTPAT and supply chain security program
Bachelor's degree Foreign Trade or related.
3 years of experience in compliance department
Understanding of VAT Certification requirements
Familiarity with tariff classification (HTS), country of origin requirements, and customs valuation principles
Experience with the Mexican customs law, IMMEX, CIVA, AND FTA, US CUSTOMS
Experience working with ERP systems and inventory control platforms
Experience in internal audits
Participated in C-T pat audit
