Caylent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of cloud-based contact center solutions for clients. You will guide cross-functional teams—solutions architects, engineers, and QA—through the full lifecycle of Amazon Connect deployments, with a focus on strong program management and client engagement.
This is a technically light role where clear communication about cloud and contact center concepts matters more than hands-on AWS depth.
