What You Need (Job Qualifications)
Education: Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics).

Data Savvy: Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel. You enjoy looking at numbers and figuring out the story they tell. Familiarity with data visualization or cost-modeling concepts would be desired.

Curiosity & Drive:



A strong interest in how things are made, how much they cost, and how they get from Point A to Point B.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (also in English). You aren't afraid to ask questions, share your ideas, and collaborate with diverse teams.

Resilience: A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Bonus Points If You Have (Desired, but not required):
Previous coursework, projects, or club experience related to procurement, negotiations, or manufacturing.

A passion for automotive technology, electronics, or the electric vehicle revolution.
