This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and review employee timesheets in Timekeeping System Verify timesheet data for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed Assist in basic payroll processing tasks to ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles Respond to employee and client inquiries regarding timesheets, pay, and payroll issues Provide high-quality customer service via email Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues Generate and update reports using Excel as needed Support audits and compliance efforts related to payroll processes Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in payroll, data entry, or administrative support is a plus Familiarity with Bullhorn Timekeeping System or similar platforms preferred Basic knowledge of payroll processes and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheets) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
