Bachelor's degree or currently in the final year of university. Preferred degree fields: Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Engineering, or Business.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Advanced MS Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).
Data analysis and visualization skills (knowledge of Power BI or Alteryx is a plus).
Familiarity with programming languages (PowerApps, Power Automate, or Visual Basic).




Project management skills with the ability to communicate project plans and status updates using appropriate tools.
Team player with strong collaborative decision-making skills; ability to build relationships, establish trust, and achieve alignment across the organization.
Passion for learning and continuing education.
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
Ability to evolve projects from ambiguity into a defined, actionable plan.
