We are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team in a temporary position based in Mexicali, Baja California. Position Summary Support and execute Human Resources processes to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations while promoting a positive employee experience. The HR Generalist will be involved in employee relations, talent acquisition, training, benefits administration, and HR programs that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day Human Resources operations and employee relations activities. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring processes. Coordinate new-hire orientation and employee documentation. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Provide support with employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and termination processes. Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and employee services. Coordinate training activities, employee engagement events, and recognition programs. Support compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.



Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation and follow-up activities. Generate and maintain HR reports, metrics, and personnel records. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge & Skills Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices. Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Knowledge of the TRESS system is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Availability Temporary position.
