Job Description Lead the overall finance function for the manufacturing operation, ensuring strong financial governance and business support. Partner closely with site leadership on financial, operational and strategic matters. Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and balance sheet management. Ensure the accuracy, integrity and transparency of financial information and reporting. Maintain a robust internal control environment and drive corrective actions when required. Oversee product costing, cost control and financial analysis to support operational performance. Analyze financial and operational results, identifying opportunities to improve performance and support decision-making. Ensure the integrity of the general ledger, account reconciliations and supporting financial systems.



Support the development of financial and operational objectives and drive actions toward their achievement. Lead, develop and strengthen the plant finance team, building a high-performance and accountable organization. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of IMMEX operations and the financial dynamics of manufacturing organizations. Solid background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls and cost management. Strong business partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence both financial and operational decisions. Proven experience leading, developing and strengthening high-performing finance teams. Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical, organizational and decision-making capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in a demanding, international and cross-functional environment.
