Drive labor efficiency and capacity planning across Stamping, Body, Paint, and Final areas at the Hermosillo plant. This role leads new model labor optimization, time studies (MODAPTS), operator allocations, and cycle line layout planning to support program launches, while partnering with manufacturing engineering, ergonomics, and plant teams to deploy integral Industrial Engineering standards and achieve labor targets across North America.
Bachelor’s Degree Engineering
Plant Industrial Engineering & manufacturing operations experience preferred
Experience with MODAPTS preferred
Experience working in a team environment
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Detailed knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Strong planning and organizational skills
Work well under pressure
