key responsibilities

- develop and maintain predictive models for business decision-making
- design and implement feature engineering pipelines

- create dashboards and visualizations
- collaborate with engineering teams for model deployment
- ensure data quality and reproducibility

required qualifications

- 5+ years in data science / ml / advanced analytics
- strong python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- experience in feature engineering and model development
- exposure to large-scale data (spark, databricks)
- strong sql and data warehousing knowledge
- solid understanding of statistical and ml techniques
- experience with visualization tools (power bi, matplotlib, seaborn)

preferred qualifications

- experience with azure
- exposure to mlops and end-to-end ml pipelines
- strong stakeholder collaboration skills
