GTH is a central hub for global talent acquisition, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative recruitment strategies to identify, attract and engage talent from around the world.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic High-Volume Recruiting Leader to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts at GTH. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of recruiting leads and recruiters, leveraging the latest recruitment technologies to meet ambitious hiring targets for high-volume roles. This is a key leadership position for an individual who can blend strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence, driving efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Vision:



Develop and execute a comprehensive high-volume recruitment strategy that aligns with business objectives. Forecast hiring needs, allocate resources, and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds goals.
Team Recruitment, Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-volume recruiters. Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated team.
Technology and Process Optimization: Champion the use of cutting-edge recruitment technologies, including AI-powered tools, automated screening platforms, and advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
