Wella Operations US LLC is seeking a Sales Customer Service Analyst to support the end-to-end order-to-cash process and deliver exceptional service. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring accurate orders, shipping, and billing while collaborating with internal teams and customers.
You will handle inquiries, support on-time delivery, and analyze KPIs to drive improvements in a fast-moving salon industry, in a hybrid role with 3 days on-site at the Plant and 2 days at the Head Office.
