The Role
- Prospect, develop strategies, and qualify the best leads together with Partners.




- Reach out to prospects through high-volume cold calling (60–80 calls per day), networking, email outreach, digital marketing campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Build your own strategy to research and analyze prospect information online and leverage it throughout the sales process.
- Analyze prospects’ business needs, understand their processes, determine requirements, and identify potential solutions.
- Identify new strategic partners and manage the full sales cycle until they join our Partner Program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR and technology space (our partners sell, implement, and support Factorial).
- Continuously gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify challenges and opportunities that strengthen our partnerships channel.
- Report directly to the Partnership Manager and the Senior Leadership Team.
