Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, commercial Senior Area Manager / Area Manager to oversee and scale our multi-unit network of high-volume F&B; outlets.This role requires a strong combination of hands-on operational leadership and proactive sales driving. You will be directly responsible for the total P&L; performance across your assigned territory, driving aggressive same-store sales growth (SSSG), maximizing off-premise sales channels, optimizing labor/COGS costs, and scaling high-performing store teams.Key Responsibilities: Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all assigned store locations.Plan, execute, and monitor localized marketing campaigns, foot-fall activation events, landlord/mall cross-promotions, and seasonal push items tailored to each outlet's customer demographic.Transaction & Basket Size Optimization: Train store teams on active upselling, cross-selling signature items, combo bundling, and optimizing queue movement to maximize peak-hour transactions.Manage end-to-end P&L; for all outlets,



tracking daily and monthly gross revenue, net margins, and operational profitability.Strictly control Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), raw material wastage, inventory variance, and labor productivity/overtime schedules without compromising speed or quality.Analyze financial statements and outlet-level key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly to identify underperforming locations and rapidly deploy sales recovery and cost-saving measures.Conduct regular site visits to ensure 100% compliance with product quality, speed of service, food hygiene, brand presentation, and Halal operational standards.Ensure store equipment, cash registers, refrigeration, and cooking display units are fully operational to avoid sales loss due to technical downtime.Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and front-line staff to build a sales-oriented, customer-centric store culture.Oversee store staffing levels, onboarding, and continuous training on custo
