DSM is seeking a Production Coordinator at the El Salto site in Jalisco. You will lead safe, reliable production with a strong GEMBA presence and coach frontline teams to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals.
You will drive data-driven decisions, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and own OPEX and CAPEX strategy for production, shaping site performance within SolCo’s ANH framework.
