As a Commercial Enablement & Learning Specialist, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to empowering our commercial operations through innovative learning programs and process optimization.

- You co-facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous training workshops to shorten the ramp-up time and time-to-productivity for new commercial team members.
- You support the creation, curation, and maintenance of modern training materials, interactive e-learning modules, and commercial playbooks aligned with business priorities.
- You track learning program implementation, gather participant feedback, and evaluate key enablement metrics tied to commercial performance.
- You administer internal Learning Management Systems and interactive workshop tools to maximize resource utilization and digital engagement.
