Activities of the position
- Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive sensor fabric production.
- Analyze workflow, equipment performance, labor utilization, and material flow to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Support new product launches, process validations, and production scale-up activities.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and R&D; teams to resolve manufacturing and product issues.
- Monitor production KPIs, including yield, scrap, downtime, cycle time, and OEE.
- Conduct troubleshooting and corrective actions for process deviations and equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,



Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience in automotive, electronics, textiles, technical fabrics, or sensor manufacturing preferred.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, 8D, and root cause analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems and process validation.
- Familiarity with conductive textiles, laminated materials, or sensor integration processes.
