The Opportunity:
As CP&O; FLE LATAM Region Controller, your mission is to ensure strong financial governance, transparency, and performance across Latin American operations, with a clear focus on corporate functions. You will lead a controlling organization of approximately 10+ professionals, driving IFRS‑compliant controlling activities, delivering clear and actionable financial insights, and enabling confident, data‑driven decision‑making for both regional and local leadership.
The role reports solid line towards the global function and dotted line to the regional finance organization .
Through strong people leadership and close collaboration with shared services, country and regional finance directors, and general controlling partners, you will foster financial discipline, continuous process improvement, and strategic value creation.



By translating complex financial data into meaningful insights and proactively managing risks and opportunities, you will play a key role in supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence across the Latin American region.
How You ́ll Make an Impact:
- Lead and oversee all corporate controlling activities for Latin America operations, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and internal company policies.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Latin American controlling team, including training initiatives and effective capacity planning.
- Review financial statements prepared by Finance Common Shared Services and deliver monthly management reporting to local and regional leadership, focusing on key performance indicators.
- Monitor capital expenditure budgets versus actuals, perform variance analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage a wide range of stakeholders across functions, countries, and business
