Shape Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with experience in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and problem-solving within the automotive industry. This position will play a key role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes while supporting safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Core Tools, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process optimization.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- English proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with welding manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of robotic welding and welding quality standards.
- IWS (International Welding Specialist) Certification preferred.
- Experience supporting new launches and manufacturing process validations.
