Invenco by GVR is seeking a Tier 2 POS Support Center Specialist in Monterrey to provide operations and technical support for Passport Point of Sale systems. You will handle a high-volume intake, diagnose issues, and help bring customer sites back to operation, in a 24x7 help desk environment.
The role requires a 2-year technical degree (preferred) or equivalent, strong PC and MS Office skills, and customer-focused service.
