Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join its 2-year Supply Chain and Operations Rotational program. You will cycle through supplier planning, production scheduling, materials planning, procurement, and lean initiatives while gaining exposure to operations, supply chain, and procurement.
You will analyze data, assist in supplier evaluation, maintain reports, and learn the JCMS maturity model, building leadership skills through four six-month assignments.
