The Enterprise Architect provides strategic leadership in the design, documentation, and governance of the enterprise technology landscape. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that architectural standards facilitate scalable, secure, and performant solutions. The candidate will drive technical authority for architecture, design, and enterprise integration—with a strong focus on modernizing and governing our enterprise API ecosystem using the Microsoft Azure Integration Services stack alongside multi-cloud architectures.
Technical & Functional Skills
Core Technical Expertise
• Azure API & Integration Tool Stack (Primary Focus):
• API Gateway & Governance: Deep hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM) (custom policies, developer portal, API security, token validation, rate-limiting, and lifecycle management).
• Messaging & Event Streaming:



Advanced design using Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, and Azure Event Hubs for asynchronous and event-driven patterns.
• Serverless & Orchestration: Expertise in Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions for microservice and enterprise workflow orchestration.
• Security & Edge: Integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Key Vault, Azure Web Application Firewall (WAF), and Azure Front Door / Private Endpoints.
• Cloud Architecture & Multi-Cloud:
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure alongside strong working knowledge of AWS Cloud platforms; ability to design, deploy, and manage secure, cost-efficient, and multi-cloud architectures.
• Development Proficiency:
• Advanced background in software engineering across Java and .NET ecosystems (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC).
• Database & Data Management:
• Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data flows across relational (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
