Role Description The Brand Specialist (Especialista de marca) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chihuahua, Mexico. This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen Interceramic’s market presence and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating promotional campaigns, assisting with visual merchandising and in-store branding,



and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align brand messaging with business objectives. The Brand Specialist also helps analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand growth, while preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, with the ability to support brand strategy and execution.
• Skills in visual merchandising and basic design sensibility to maintain consistent, attractive brand presentation across touchpoints.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to interpret market data, customer insights, and competitor activity for brand decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English is an advantage.
