About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Sudor
At Sudor, we help fitness, wellness, and content creators build and monetize their own branded apps.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some sales experience who's ready to take the next step in their career, own their sales pipeline, and grow within a fast-moving international startup.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the sales cycle: Manage opportunities from prospecting and discovery calls to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Build your pipeline: Identify and reach out to potential creators, studios, and partners across the US and Mexico through outbound prospecting.
• Build relationships: Connect with creators, understand their business goals, and help them explore how Sudor can support their growth.
• Manage your opportunities: Keep your CRM updated, follow up with leads, and work towards monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding to create a great experience for our creators.

What We're Looking For:




• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, reaching out to new leads, and building relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Someone who's independent, organized, and excited to learn.
• Interest in fitness, wellness, tech, or the creator economy is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS or startups is a plus, but not required.

What Success Looks Like:
You'll be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline, booking discovery calls, and converting opportunities into paying clients.
Your performance will be measured through sales results, with clear targets, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow as the team expands.
