Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Auxiliar Contable – Finanzas role based at Parque Industrial Toluca 2000 in Toluca de Lerdo, MEX. The role is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with monthly closings. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing basic financial reports, supporting the reconciliation of accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems. The role also supports finance activities such as assisting with budget tracking, monitoring expenses, and providing financial information for internal reporting. The Auxiliar Contable – Finanzas collaborates with the finance team, follows established procedures, and helps ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of basic Accounting and Bookkeeping principles and practices.




• Ability to assist in the preparation, review, and understanding of Financial Statements.
• Experience working with Accounting Software and related financial tools.
• Foundational understanding of Finance concepts, including budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to work with numbers consistently.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines.
• Relevant technical or university studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
