Job Description:
• We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 solutions. The consultant will work closely with functional leads, HR stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable onboarding processes that enhance the new hire experience and meet business requirements.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• 6+ years of HRIS experience, ideally in SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
• Experience implementing and configuring Onboarding 2.0 in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR business processes.
• Prior experience supporting general or multi-country deployments.
