The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the influencer marketing function in Mexico, establishing the strategy, team structure, operating model and creator ecosystem required to accelerate brand awareness, cultural relevance and commercial growth.

The Manager will lead local Influencer Marketing strategy while working directly with international HQ in China. This role requires strong business judgment, people leadership, brand-side experience and the ability to translate integral strategies into locally relevant execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.- Strategy & Business
• Define the annual and quarterly Influencer Marketing strategy for Mexico.
• Build and continuously evolve the KOL/creator ecosystem.
• Translate brand and business objectives into influencer strategies.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Develop creator segmentation and long-term partnership strategies.
• Identify market, cultural and platform trends.
• Develop competitive intelligence and market recommendations

2.- People Leadership
• Lead,



coach and develop the Influencer Marketing team.
• Establish objectives, KPIs and performance standards.
• Build team structures and processes.
• Build the function from 0→1 when required.

3.- Commercial & Budget
• Own influencer marketing budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead high-value negotiations with KOLs, agencies and strategic partners.
• Optimize investment based on ROI, ROAS, GMV and business impact.
• Ensure financial and operational governance.

4.- Brand & Campaigns
• Oversee end-to-end campaign strategy and execution.
• Ensure consistency between influencer content and brand positioning.
• Develop strategic partnerships with high-value creators.
• Partner with Brand, E-commerce, Marketing, Content and Media.
• Ensure influencer activities support commercial priorities.
