Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage corporate travel arrangements, with a strong focus on travel between Mexico and the United States.




This position will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itinerary changes, and travel documentation. The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience working with corporate travel agencies or Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and is familiar with travel booking and GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport/Galileo, or similar systems.

The Travel Coordinator will work closely with employees, executives, travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and book domestic and international business travel, particularly between Mexico and the United States.
• Arrange flights, hotels, ground transportation, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
