and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring an Operations Assistant for a receptive agency in Cancun, Mexico. As an Operations Assistant you will support the Operations department in different administrative areas such as the set-up of new clients, providers, products, and follow-up of our sales agents and different complaints to be resolved. Also, you will be in charge to create different informs, reports and important information for the airport operations team as well.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare set-up for new providers.
• Follow-up of commercial contracts and updates.
• Coordination with operational and financial departments.
• Daily reports of passenger arrivals.
• Generation of visiting roles for representatives.
• Incident and claim management.
• Administrative tasks related to the acquisition of new providers.
• Complaints analysis.
