We are looking for Outbound Sales Agents to join our Contact Center team. We are seeking results-driven professionals with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales and customer service.
You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospects and potential customers,
identifying their needs, presenting personalized solutions, and converting sales opportunities into confirmed reservations, directly contributing to the growth of Direct Sales revenue.
Sales Agent Outbound is persuasive, organized, proactive, and highly customer-focused, with the ability to build trust during sales conversations and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process to successfully close opportunities.
Responsabilities
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, qualified leads, previous customers, and sales opportunities.
• Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns, the website, forms, social media, databases, referrals, and other demand-generation channels.
