General Purpose
Design, implement, manage, and promote Artificial Intelligence-based solutions that contribute to improving operational efficiency, decision-making, process automation, and value creation across the different business areas of Grupo Nutec. The AI Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities for AI applications, leading related technology projects, and ensuring the proper adoption of AI tools in compliance with the organization's security, governance, and data protection policies.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify business opportunities that can be addressed through the application of Artificial Intelligence.
• Design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions, coordinating projects from requirements definition through implementation and ongoing follow-up.
• Evaluate and manage emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies, platforms, and trends for potential adoption within the company.




• Develop analytical and predictive models to support business decision-making.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing corporate systems (ERP, CRM, BI, productivity platforms, etc.) in collaboration with the owners of the respective platforms.
• Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for the responsible and secure use of Artificial Intelligence.
• Monitor the performance, accuracy, and evolution of implemented AI models and solutions.
• Train and advise internal users on the adoption and effective use of AI tools.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation related to AI projects, developments, and implementations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity, confidentiality, and information protection policies.
