MFS Trade School is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and support students and customers across the United States.
This is a phone-heavy customer service position, so strong spoken English is one of the most important requirements for this role.
Responsibilities• Answer incoming customer service calls
• Make outbound follow-up calls to students and customers
• Assist with course access, certifications, recertifications, memberships, products, orders, and general questions
• Follow up with existing students to make sure they have everything they need
• Update customer information, notes, and follow-up activities in our CRM
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations when needed
• Provide professional and friendly support to customers throughout the United States

Requirements• Native-level or near-native spoken English required
• Candidates must sound natural, fluent, confident, and highly comfortable speaking with U.S. customers over the phone
• Clear pronunciation and strong listening/comprehension skills




• Previous customer service, call center, or phone support experience
• Comfortable making outbound calls, not only answering incoming calls
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous CRM experience preferred
• HubSpot experience is a plus

This role requires frequent phone communication with customers in the United States. Applicants who are not fully comfortable communicating naturally and fluently in English by phone will not be considered.
ScheduleFull-time, Monday–Friday
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours 9AM-5PM
CompensationStarting at $6 USD/hour, depending on experience.
Location100% Remote
