We are looking for a motivated Junior Trafficker & Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. You will support the full paid media campaign lifecycle across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, while taking real ownership of performance tracking and reporting.
You are data-curious and detail-oriented. You know your way around a dashboard, understand what the numbers mean, and are comfortable flagging what matters. You are eager to grow in a structured agency environment where analytical thinking is valued as much as campaign execution.

Key Requirements
This role requires all of the following:
• 1–2+ years of hands-on paid media trafficking experience across Google Ads, Meta and Tiktok
• Comfortable reading performance data and producing clear, structured reports
• Ability to set up and QA campaigns end-to-end with attention to tracking and naming conventions
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and basic dashboard tools (Looker Studio or equivalent)
• Strong written communication and self-management skills for async remote work
