The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for developing and leading the integrated marketing, communications, public relations, digital, social media and brand strategy for Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal.

As a senior leader and steward of one of the world’s most distinctive luxury resorts, the Director will strengthen the resort’s positioning and desirability within the integral luxury travel market while developing strategic initiatives that contribute to revenue, market share, reputation and long-term brand equity.

Working closely with Resort leadership, Sales, Revenue Management,



Food & Beverage, Spa & Wellness, Events and Operations, the Director will ensure that all marketing and communications initiatives are strategically aligned, commercially relevant and consistent with Waldorf Astoria brand standards.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies: Lead branding, messaging, and multi-channel marketing plans aligned with hotel goals, adjusting tactics based on market trends and performance data
• Manage planning and operations: Oversee annual marketing budgets and coordinate resources for effective campaign deployment across traditional, digital, and social media platforms
• Support B2B and catering sales: Partner with internal department leaders to develop marketing strategies that drive business transient, group, and event revenue across key segments and distribution channels
