Job Title: Sales & Events Systems Specialist

Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Events Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in optimizing and managing the technological systems that support our sales and event operations. The specialist will ensure seamless integration and functionality of sales platforms and event management tools such as Envision and Delphi, driving efficiency and enhancing the customer experience. This position plays a critical role in aligning technology with business objectives, enabling the organization to achieve its sales targets and execute successful events.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and maintain sales management and event management systems including Envision and Delphi to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event teams to understand system requirements and implement appropriate solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sales platforms and event management tools promptly.



Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users to maximize system utilization. Monitor system performance and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvements. Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors to implement system upgrades, integrations, and customizations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales and event systems, supporting CRM and event analytics. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative tools and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing sales management and event management systems or similar platforms.
