YOUR TASKS

• Manage and grow customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

• Lead commercial activities including quotations, pricing, negotiations, and contract reviews.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, support projects, and manage escalations.

• Support business acquisition activities and customer presentations.

• Organize customer visits,



meetings, and commercial events.

• Monitor key commercial and financial KPIs and support sales initiatives.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, International Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the automotive industry.

• Experience managing OEM customers and commercial negotiations.

• Strong understanding of automotive projects, acquisition processes, and pricing strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Strong analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
