ShowUp Studios is a new social-video-first studio, producing premium narrative content for Gen Z audiences across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and beyond. Built around a fandom flywheel designed to launch general Gen Z franchises, and powered by proprietary AI-driven audience and commercial intelligence, ShowUp Studios combines a creator's mindset with mainstream-media storytelling — commissioning IP that brands can build entertainment partnerships around, not just buy ads against.

Founded by a team of experienced leaders in entertainment, advertising and music, ShowUp Studios is entering its launch phase, with the development of its first content slate and upfront events.

Your mission as Head of Brand Partnerships
This is the chance to build ShowUp Studios' commercial department from the ground up. As the studio's first sales hire, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the architect of its brand-partnership business — setting the sales strategy,



identifying growth opportunities, and building the direct client and agency relationships that translate ShowUp Studios' slate into revenue.

What you'll do
• Build and lead ShowUp Studios' brand partnership strategy and pipeline from scratch, from first upfronts through renewals and expansion.
• Develop direct client and agency relationships across core categories as a trusted partner in the Gen Z / social video space, across Latin America and the US Hispanic market.
• Design and sell ShowUp Studios' full-funnel brand offering — in-story integrations, content-about-content, creator amplification and commerce activations — across both studio-produced and contracted-creator layers.
• Own revenue planning: set and track targets across ad revenue (direct, native, sponsorship, programmatic) and franchise/ancillary deals.
• Track trends in social video, the creator economy and brand entertainment.
