Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability.Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
• Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety,



quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
• Detect area needs .
• Lead improvement projects .
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

• Advanced English.
• Experience in project development at SBU Level.
• Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
• Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
• Project Management.
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.
