Resources will be hired on training capacity for operations roles,



manage day-to-day operations, product, and end-user communication, understand and trained to deliver services on a Delivery Center practice with the understanding of Service Levels, automation and productivity:

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to pass an English evaluation and score at least B2.
• Must be able to pass a technical evaluation.
• Must have basic abilities to handle a computer, Be familiar with Windows 11, Microsoft office, mobile devices
• Scheduling availability
• The field of study aligned with Technology or Customer Service (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, International affairs) along with the above requirements
• SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Power Apps knowledge.
• Nice to have familiarity with PowerBi.
