Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Release Management Associate supports the coordination, execution, governance, and reporting of technology releases across business and operational initiatives. This role assists with release administration, deployment readiness activities,



documentation, stakeholder communications, and operational reporting to help ensure successful and compliant implementations.

Designed for early-career professionals and recent graduates, this position provides exposure to Release Management, Change Management, operational governance, process improvement, and automation initiatives. The role supports a release environment with approximately 100 annual releases and 100 production changes, contributing to operational stability, continuous improvement, and efficient delivery of technology services.
