OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Generalist to support the Company’s day-to-day human resources operations. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruiting and onboarding, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting employees and managers with HR-related matters.
The idóneo candidate is a self-starter with strong written and verbal English and Spanish skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and 2–5 years of hands-on Human Resources experience in a small or mid-sized company.
Core ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Administration, Records, and Compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee policies, procedures, forms, and other HR documentation
• Monitor compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and Company information




• Track employee certifications, licenses, required training, and other employment-related requirements
• Support the consistent application of Company policies and procedures

Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Administration
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll information
• Assist employees with questions regarding payroll, benefits, time off, and other HR-related matters
• Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and termination of coverage
• Maintain accurate records of paid time off (PTO), leave, and other employee benefits
• Manage employee changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits updates

Recruiting and Onboarding
• Coordinate recruiting activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
