We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team and support our Talent Acquisition function. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible and focused on understanding the ongoing hiring needs of the business, conducting proactive candidate searches and talent pipelining, support in administrative tasks related to recruiting and partnering closely with Recruiters to ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experiences.

This is a remote position, and we’re open to any location and time zone in the CALA.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

• Bachelor's degree, or related degree necessary.

• A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of direct sourcing experience,



is a requirement for this role.

• Candidates must have prior sourcing and recruiting experience, either in a search firm or an in-house talent acquisition team.

• A proven track record of successfully building talent pipelines is essential for this position.

Preferred

• Working understanding of talent acquisition/human resource principles, practices, and procedures

• Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Review applications, conduct candidate screens, assess qualifications, and present qualified candidates for Hiring Manager consideration.

• Work closely with Recruiters to gain a deep understanding of our brands and disciplines, enabling the identification of adecuado profiles for these positions.
