Rooted in Mexican cultural heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary design, CAMPILLO is entering a new stage of growth and international development. As the company expands its commercial reach, production capabilities and general presence, we are strengthening the operational infrastructure required to support the next phase of the business.
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director of Business Operations who can become the operational backbone of the company and build the systems, processes and organizational structure necessary for CAMPILLO to scale while preserving the creative, artisanal and human qualities that define the brand.

The Role
We are looking for a builder and operator: someone who is equally comfortable developing a financial model, solving a production issue, structuring a workflow, leading a team and having a strategic conversation with the Founder.




The COO will be responsible for integrating the day-to-day operations of the business and creating an organization that is structured, accountable, financially disciplined and operationally autonomous.
Working closely with the Founder, the COO will translate the company's creative and strategic vision into executable business plans, processes, priorities, timelines and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Leadership
• Lead day-to-day operations and align Development, Production, Logistics, Warehouse and Commercial teams around shared priorities.
• Establish clear responsibilities, decision-making processes and measurable objectives while strengthening team ownership and autonomy.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, improve cross-functional collaboration and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Financial Performance & Business Management
• Build clear visibility into product costing, margins, profitability, budgets and cash flow
